Years of development have gone into creating these training/sparring knives. It is a foam rubber training knife with a hard spine so it keeps it shape. Besides knife sparring, it can also be used for training drills such as the Kali Hubud drill, making it safer to apply more force or realism. These knives allow you to hit your opponent with full force with very little chance of injuries. It is recommended to wear safety glasses (such as racquetball glasses) and light gloves while using this product.
